Director of Sales
This position’s primary responsibility is to generate net new recurring janitorial contract revenue within eastern Massachusetts. The role demands day-to-day oversight of outbound sales efforts, expertise in territory management, strategic account development, and client negotiations.
Account Manager
This position is a hybrid role of sales, customer service, and relationship building with existing clients. The Account Manager is field based and will visit their clients regularly to build relationships and to establish trust and rapport.
Night Manager
Assist with management of contract compliance of designated building maintenance services (as noted in the client Scope of Services) as well as maintain the relationship between City Wide and the various Independent Contractors.
Business Development Specialist
The position is responsible for identifying and evaluating new business prospects, engaging with those prospects, and scheduling JS appointments for the sales team. To successfully perform this role, the individual must be able to carry out each essential duty effectively. While the primary responsibilities include prospecting, engagement, and appointment scheduling, additional duties may be assigned as needed.
